I think, the root inhibitor of fulfillment is our sense of worth. Self-worth is driven by the way we carry out conversations internally. The words we choose to speak matter. They affect the way we feel about ourselves and the way we let others treat us. Developing self worth takes awareness and conscious effort.
Therefore, it is my mission to impact change for my clients through developing empowering and positive inner dialogues. This way, they can improve how they feel about themselves and the world around them.
